About

My name is Emilia Todorova. Currently I am a student in the University of Glasgow, studying MSc in Educational Studies. I graduated in BSc (Hons) Information Systems Development from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2013. I am hugely interested in educational developments, policies and practices and most specifically in the topic of quality assurance and standards.

I have done research in the area of developing graduate attributes through games based learning, and currently I am interested in researching MOOCs and how we can assure their quality.

This is how this blog came about! I have been hearing a lot about MOOCs in the past year, and it has definitely become a topic of interest to me. Through this blog I aim to provide information about current developments in MOOCs, discuss and debate their efficiency, benefits and issues, while keeping a close look on media discussions, articles and published materials on the topic.

I trust you will find the posts informative and useful and please get in touch!
